5S
The 5S is a methodology used to improve workplace organization and efficiency.
Here is an outline of a typical 5S training program:
- Sort – Seiri (整理)
- Set in order – Seiton (整頓)
- Shine – Seiso (清掃)

- Sustain – Shitsuke (躾)
