Introduction:
The decision making process is a key part of problem solving. Essentially, this is a process for thinking clearly through several options and arriving at the best choice. The ultimate goal of decision making is to arrive at actionable conclusions.

Problem-solving refers to a person’s ability to successfully manage and find solutions for complex and unexpected situations. Candidates with great problem-solving skills have a combination of both analytical and creative thinking. Decisions can make or break a project or an entire business. The best decisions tend to be those that have been thought-through and rehearsed ahead of time.
