Introduction:

Contents:
Session 1:
Introductions: The program starts with a round of introductions where all the participants would be requested to introduce themselves to the facilitators and the group as per our format. This will enhance mutual understanding & respect amongst the participants.

Session 2:
Discussion: This segment carries an explanation of thinking preferences and behavioral patterns. The participants will also look at the thinking preferences of the group as a whole. The facilitator will conduct co-related activities emphasizing upon Personal Strength Identification, Self-Confidence and Self-Belief.

Session 3:
Group Exercise: Addressing Team Synergy and Team Dynamics.
All will participate in this engaging exercise that reveals in greater depth, the different approaches to problem solving and working together. The key learning experience here is to solidify the understanding that different people think and do things differently.

Session 4:
Group Exercise: Addressing Building Functional Teams and Achieving Team Objectives. Bring about a clear understanding of how teams function, the activity will also provide an opportunity to the entire group to create and deliver presentations in teams. The exercise will also provide important insight into the way the presentations have been designed and delivered.

Session 5:
Discussion and Activity: Time & Stress Management – The segment would focus on how the concept of time varies from person to person depending on their thinking preferences. This would be demonstrated convincingly by a lively and stimulating activity wherein the participants will be looking at the concept of time and how they manage their time & stress effectively. The facilitator will then bring to light ways in which time can be utilized to its fullest by looking at areas which act as an impediment to effective time utilization.

Session 6:
Day End Reflections: A thorough discussion at the end of the day, recounting the experiences and learning involving all participants to provide their valuable insights and inputs about the program. Emphasis will be laid on how the day’s experience relates to them in terms of their work and life. The facilitator will also emphasize the importance of Positive Attitude.

Fees and Registration:
Rs. 2,800 + GST 18% per person.
Rs. 2,600 + GST 18% per person for a group of Three to Four participants.
Rs. 2,400 + GST 18% per person for a group of Five or more participants.
