Overview:
Every organisation needs leaders. Leaders are the people who have the vision to see what needs to be done, and to motivate and energise people to perform. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to & win as a team or an organisation; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring.
In a complex 21 st Century environment, successful leaders need to be highly effective communicators. Considering the quantum of communication undertaken by the Leaders they are in true sense Chief “Explanation, Engagement, Enlightenment” officers. Effective leaders understand that if their message does not resonate deeply with their target audience, speaking to emotions, aspirations and needs, then likely it will not be understood – much less championed. Building effective communication becomes an important aspect of achieving professional success.
This program is designed to help leaders improve their impact as effective leaders. The program shows the participants how to develop their own communication style to maximize the potential strength and close the gaps. The leaders will also learn how to use emotional intelligence through interpersonal communication and how to encourage thinking through asking questions, developing ideas and articulating clear goals.
