Introduction:

Kaizen and Toyota Production system is now known world over for its advantages in eliminating Waste improving profitability in any Business.

 

Kaizen & 5 ‘S’ was born more than 60 years ago. Its creator, Taiichi Ohno, intended Kaizen to combat the evil Overproduction, Quality Rejection, Inventory (Mother of All Wastes) and Problems in excess WIP. During those six decades Kaizen & 5 ‘S’ has given some amazing advantages for many companies in the world.

 

Kaizen & 5 ‘S’ have done miracles in reducing the Inventory & streamline the Material Flow in the factory. Office 5 ‘S’ also contributed in Kaizen activities to save cost for the organization. All managers in Production OR Office use the Kaizen to save cost by using tools like PokaYoke, Kanban, SMED , Zero Maintenance, Office Kaizen, 5 ‘S’ etc..

Methodology

Participants will learn through lectures, case studies, group exercises and discussions.

Fees:

• 3,000 + GST 18% per person for 1-3 participants.
• 2,800 + GST 18% per person for a group of 4 or above participants.
