This course is aligned with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK). PMI was founded in 1969 to improve organisational success (pmi.org). They provide a guide PMBoK which consists of project management concepts. The focus of this workshop is immediate and direct knowledge transfer. Cost of project failure is high so projects must be managed effectively to ensure success. This workshop will help participants gain skills, knowledge and competencies for successful Project management.
