What is Statistical Process Control (SPC) training program?
Statistical process control (SPC) is a method to analyze, monitor and control the processes applying statistical methods & techniques. This helps to ensure that the process operates efficiently, producing more specification-conforming products with less wastage (rework or scrap). SPC can be applied to any process where the “conforming product or process” (product/process meeting specifications) output can be measured.
In the Automotive sector this is considered as an essential tool to reduce variation in the manufacturing processes, however its concept and method is not limited to automotive sectors only. This course helps participants to take appropriate actions to achieve and maintain a state of statistical control and improve the process capability.
