Two main Pillars of Toyota Production system (TPS) are Just in Time (JIT) and Jidoka. Everything is to satisfy customer needs and become globally competitive, as Japan depends heavily on Exports for growth of their economy.

Toyota is pioneer in developing a Production system that drastically reduces the timeline from ‘Order to Cash’ by reducing, eliminating various wastes across Value chain.
